20 March, 2023 – Former esports executives Mickey O’Brien and Evan Downey announce a new gaming venture. O’Brien and Downey previously helped build gaming and media businesses, Veloce, a gaming media platform and Quadrant, Mclaren F1 Driver Lando Norris’ esports team. Now solo, they’re launching Milhouse, a creative label in gaming.

Operating on two planes – it is a unique business creating at the intersection of content, branding and fashion. In addition to consulting and producing for big names in gaming, their in-house brand plans to create premium lifestyle products. They work in the digital & physical, always beginning with the cultural pulse of gaming.

Milhouse exists to elevate gaming culture with the vision of becoming the greatest brand in gaming.

Milhouse joins creativity and technology to provide a strategy aligned with their creative vision & 360-degree production capabilities. Producing creative campaigns and content which resonate with the gaming audience. Their first client, yet to be announced is a global gaming brand in the peripherals category. Milhouse’s early work has amassed over 3 million views and hundreds of thousands of engagements in just over a month, showing strong numbers on content from the start.

In the background, Milhouse is developing products which fit a gap in the gaming industry, products that are Good for Gamers. This ethos is what kickstarted Milhouse over a year ago, creating a multivitamin for gamers. Milhouse plans to launch their first capsule in Q2 in collaboration with creators in the gaming industry. Products will range from apparel to homewares, drinkware and more.
