Change for 10 has created the most comprehensive, at-home, 10 minute a day, 10 week workout program with LIFETIME ACCESS for the one-time low price of just $10. The program is rooted in exercise science and built by a professional trainer with more than 10,000 hours of experience training adults of all ages in his private St. Louis, MO studio.
