BALTIMORE, MD – December 24, 2021 – In Behind the Rank, Volume 5, bestselling author Dr. Anita E. Anita Gould was born and raised in Ossining, New York. She is a Christian. She entered the U.S. Army and retired after a total of thirty years of service (ten enlisted, twenty officer) as a lieutenant colonel. She received multiple awards and medals in the military, the highest was a Legion of Merit, and was inducted into the Order of Military Medical Merit (O2M3). Anita holds a doctor of nursing practice, master of nursing, master of public administration, and a bachelor of science in nursing.
